Case Highlights

1. State Policy for Innovation & Technology

Onyxus supported a northern Indian state government in drafting its Innovation & Technology Policy, aligning the state’s industrial vision with national AI and startup missions.
The policy has since catalyzed the creation of innovation hubs and research-led incubation centers across the state.

2. MSME Advocacy Framework

Developed a policy advocacy strategy for a national MSME federation, focusing on technology adoption, digital skilling, and access to global markets.
This framework informed submissions to the Ministry of MSME’s five-year roadmap.

3. Education & Skills Policy Assessment

Conducted an impact evaluation of a state’s skill mission — analyzing data across 23 districts and recommending data-driven pathways for improving training effectiveness and job linkages.
